条约
1. 网路下单應繳付訂金為每人RM200，在完成订房后7天内需繳出團金之50%，餘款需在出發日30天以前付清。
2. 团费支付方式仅限于汇款，支票或现金（MYR）。
3. 最終團費與涵蓋項目，將註名在行程表上。
4. 因考量客户航班时间差异，最后一天都仅有安排送机，无其他行程。
5. 出發時滿兩歲或100CM以上，需佔車位與床位之小孩，將與大人相同計價方式。
6. 出發時未滿兩歲或100CM以下，佔车位不佔床位之小孩，价格折扣10%。
7. 配套住宿皆為本公司配合之飯店，顧客不能指定飯店。
8. 住宿若客滿或無法定房，將以相同等級住宿取代。
9. 当地國定假日以及農曆春節期間加价。

10.非因旅行社之因素取消行程或解約

11. 因旅行社之因素取消行程或解約
11.1 以行程安全為主要，例如發生戰爭，恐怖襲擊，或天災。根據中華民國警報等級，旅行社有權取消或變更行程。
**行程如有特殊需求（例如素食，婴儿座位，租界轮椅服务）请务必提早告知本公司人员**
Terms & Condition
1. Deposit should be paid RM200 upon purchases thru online. 50% of balance should be paid during room booking. Balance should be cleared 1 month before departure.
2. Tour Fess only accept online transfer, cheque or cash payment（MYR）。
3. Final amount and item will be listed at the itinerary。
4. Due to the difference in flight time between customers, the last day was only scheduled to drop off airport, no other trips.
5. Children who is 2 years old or above 100cm height need to take car spaces and beds of children, will be calculated as the same as adult。
6. Children who is 2 years old or below 100cm height need to take car spaces but not the bed of the child, will be given discount 10%.
7. The accommodations are all hotels with which the company cooperates. Customers cannot specify hotel.
8. Accommodation of the same standard will be provided if the default accommodation is fully booked. Extra fee will be charged upon requesting for single bed room.。
9. National Holidays in Taiwan and Chinese New Year’s price will increase.。

10. Termination of contract with reasons non-related to travel agencies.

11. Termination of contract with reasons related to travel agencies.
11.1 For the safety purpose of the trip. In example: War, terrorist attack, natural disaster. Travel agency remain the final decision depending on the danger level provided by the government of Taiwan. The travel agency has the right to cancel or change the itinerary.
